"Recently our Officers got a call about a serious accident that involved a family moving into town from Ohio. Emergency crews transported the family'stwo children to the hospital and Officer Vargas brought Charlie, the dog and Sylvester, the cat, to DAS for protective custody. Officer Vargas stayed in touch with the family throughout their ordeal, and when they got back on their feet, he paid the redemption fees so they could get their pets back. #ProudToBeTeamDAS #TogetherWeDoItBetter"
